Cancellation of confirmed bookings will be treated as follows:

• No refund if cancellation is effected within 7 days prior to the check-in date
• 50% refund will be issued if cancellation is effected between 8 – 14 days prior to the check-in date
• 90% refund will be issued for all cancellations effected beyond 21 days
• No refund between May 1st to June 15th and Dec 24th to Jan 2nd
• Rs 300/- towards bank charges/admin fees will be deducted for any cancellation within eligible period for refund
