• The check-in and checkout times are 1:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively.
• Please be advised that check-in time is strictly limited to 9:00 PM. Any arrivals after this time will result in the booking being cancelled and marked as a no show.
• Our goal is to offer a tranquil and rejuvenating experience during your stay. Please note that we do not offer Wi-Fi connection.
• 2 dongles are available which is subject to availability, so we suggest bringing your own dongles. For optimal service, we recommend using BSNL or Jio networks.
• It is mandatory for all guests including children (Indian & Foreign nationals) to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Pan Card is not considered as a valid photo identity in terms of Hotel/ Resort check-in.
• The resort will provide only buffet.
• Pets are not allowed.
• No loud Music allowed in the hotel premises.
• Management is not responsible for any untoward incident or accident caused during the stay, we request you to have a responsible holiday.
• Online payment fee/charges will be levied on refund, for any cancellation within cancellation period eligible for refund.
• External guests are restricted to the Lobby and Restaurant areas only.

Child Policy (Mandatory)

• Children up to 05 years will be complimentary while sharing the room with parents without mattress.
• Children 6yrs-12yrs, child charges will be applicable.

As per Government regulations, we request all guests including children to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Indian nationals can present any government-issued photo identity address proof card e.g. driving license, passport or Aadhar card. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa.
