Dear Travellers, We have always prioritized the health and safety of our guest and colleagues and have been working relentlessly to welcome guest back to our resort. It is imperative for us to take extraordinary measures to ensure the wellbeing of our guests, and our people. We have implemented enhanced health and safety measures from the moment you check-in till you check-out — all in line with guidelines from the government health agencies and WHO. Our goal is to exceed the set standards and open the doors responsibly, so you have a safe, enjoyable and convenient stay. The section below details what we’re doing to keep our guests and employees safe .
BEFORE ARRIVAL
- All staff members have their temperature checked every day. While regularly taking care of their sanitization.
CHECKING IN AND OUT
- Checking In and out at our properties is brief. Card machine and pens are disinfected after each use.
- All guests have their temperature taken upon arrival and asked to answer a quick health assessment questionnaire.
- Online/Contactless payment is encouraged.
- We’ve added social distancing signage and floor stickers to help you feel at ease in common areas.
- We’re asking our guests and employees to wear masks in common areas.
STAY
- Cleaning has always been a top priority and now we’ve heightened our cleaning practices. We ensure frequent, deep cleaning of the common room and all high-touch area including door handles, tabletops and front desk with a high-quality disinfectant.
- Bed linen and towels are washed at warm to high temperatures.
- Ensuring availability of good quality undiluted alcohol-based sanitizers and hand-wash dispensers.
